• We offer free trial credits so you can experience our service before making a purchase
• Each song generation requires significant computational resources from our AI systems
• When credits are issued to your account, we immediately pay our technical partners for these computational resources

Monthly Subscription Guidelines

We genuinely appreciate your understanding that once credits are issued under a monthly subscription, we are unable to provide refunds. This is because we've already committed to and paid for the computational resources needed to generate your AI music. We encourage all users to try our free credits first to ensure our service meets your needs.

Annual Subscription Refund Policy

For annual subscriptions, our refund policy is based on credit usage:

• If you have used less than 1/3 of your annual credits, you are eligible for a refund of 2/3 of your annual subscription payment
• If you have used more than 1/3 of your annual credits, we cannot provide a refund due to the computational resources already allocated
• For Enterprise subscriptions with unlimited credits, the usage calculation will be based on the Premium plan's credit allowance (if usage exceeds 1/3 of the Premium plan's annual credit limit, no refund will be provided)

Service Stability and Maintenance

We kindly ask for your understanding regarding our refund policy. As the field of AI-generated music is still in its early stages of development, our service may occasionally experience periods of instability. We regularly conduct necessary maintenance and feature upgrades to improve your experience, during which some functionalities might be temporarily affected.

Please note that scheduled maintenance, system upgrades, or temporary service interruptions are part of our ongoing efforts to enhance the platform and cannot be considered valid grounds for refund requests. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to provide you with the best possible AI music generation experience.
